DISEÑO DE EVENTOS Y PRODUCCIÓN S.C., hereinafter referred to as “DEP,” in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), hereby informs you of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter the “Notice”). DEP’s address is located at Almendros 170, House San Lucas 23, Lomas de San Mateo, CP 53200, Naucalpan de Juárez. DEP will be responsible for collecting and protecting the personal information you provide.
Purpose and Processing of Personal Data
The personal data you provide to DEP will be used to deliver services related to the creation, planning, development, and execution of advertising concepts, event management, and marketing services that you request. Additionally, your data will be used to make necessary notifications related to the provision of services and, generally, to fulfill the purpose of the relationship that gave rise to the processing of your personal data.
The information and general data you voluntarily provide to DEP, including sensitive data where applicable, are necessary and will be used to formalize the legal and contractual relationship with DEP, as well as to comply with all obligations contracted.
The personal data you provide to DEP may be stored in a database exclusively owned by DEP, and will be processed solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. Please note that DEP may use "cookies" or "web beacons" to verify your identity, personalize your access to this portal, and analyze its use, with the sole purpose of improving your experience, navigation, and functionality. No personal data of users is collected through these "cookies" in accordance with the Law and its Regulations.
Our portal may contain links to other external sites. The content and privacy policies of these external sites are not the responsibility of DEP, and users, where applicable, will be subject to the privacy policies of those external sites, with no liability on the part of DEP.
Options and Means Provided by the Data Controller to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data
Except as set forth in the following paragraph, based on the nature of the personal data processing carried out by DEP, such data will not be transferred to third parties. In the event that an additional transfer is required, as outlined in the following paragraph, DEP will notify you of the nature and purpose of the transfer, as well as the third party to whom your personal data will be transferred, in order to obtain your express consent, in accordance with Article 36 of the Law.
By accepting this notice and not expressing any refusal regarding the transfer of your personal data, we understand that you give your express consent to DEP to transfer the personal data collected: (i) to its agents, correspondents, and associated national or foreign offices or agencies that share internal processes and policies for corporate management purposes; (ii) to any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated company of DEP; (iii) to selected third-party providers with whom DEP contracts or for references to other third parties seeking DEP’s services and/or products; and (iv) in compliance with applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicit Proceeds.
Exercising Your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition ("ARCO Rights")
We inform you that you have the right to access your personal data held by us, as well as to obtain details regarding its processing. You also have the right to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete data, cancel data that is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or oppose the processing of your data for specific purposes, unless otherwise provided by applicable law ("ARCO Rights").
Please note that the mechanisms implemented for exercising these ARCO Rights require a request duly signed by the data subject, which must be submitted in person at DEP's offices or by sending an email to administracion@depevents.com.mx. The request should specify your name, address, and the purpose of your request.
Additionally, as provided by Article 26 of the Law, DEP is not required to cancel your personal data under certain conditions, and pursuant to Article 34 of the Law, DEP may deny access to, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to the processing of your personal data.
Transfer of Personal Data
The personal data you provide may be transferred and processed both within and outside the country by various entities, as described in Section 3 above. By providing your information to DEP, you expressly authorize such transfers and processing in accordance with the applicable provisions.
Procedure and Means by Which the Company Will Communicate Changes to the Privacy Notice
DEP reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time to reflect legislative or jurisprudential reforms, as well as internal policy changes. Any such modifications will be announced on the website www.depevents.com.mx, where the updated Notice will be posted.
Sensitive Personal Data
In compliance with the Law, you are hereby informed that DEP may collect sensitive and/or financial personal data, such as bank account numbers, credit and/or debit card details, account statements, and financial records.
Sensitive personal data includes information that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, current or future health status, genetic data, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual preferences, among others.
The aforementioned data will be collected for the purpose of hiring employees or external personnel, processing payroll deposits, making payments for services rendered, or preparing invoices for service payments. Additionally, such data may be used to maintain internal records for employees or candidates, as required by the nature of our work from an ethical and legal standpoint.
DEP is committed to ensuring that sensitive data collected through this process is handled with the utmost security measures to guarantee confidentiality.
In accordance with Articles 8, 9, 13, and 36 of the Law, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the scope of this Privacy Notice. By providing my personal data, I do not express any written objection, and I expressly authorize DEP to collect and process my personal data for the purposes outlined in this Notice. I also expressly authorize DEP to transfer my personal data to the parties specified in this Notice, which may be modified from time to time by DEP, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
